Local Controller Management

While almost all management operations (programming, starting and stopping watering, etc) are performed through the web portal at https://irricloud.com sometime it is necessary to perform simple operations while standing in front of the controller. The following table describes the management functions available through the controllers display.

The display generally shows two lines of text and has four control buttons: Up, Down, Back, Select. When the system is rebooting, the display will (temporarily) show Restarting. The display stays lit for a few minutes, then starts slowly scrolling the text, then goes dark. Pushing any button when the display is scrolling or dark will cause it to relight.

The Up and Down buttons allow you to move through options for the current Menu item. Select chooses an option and goes deeper into the menu, while Back allows you to pop back up a level. The following table shows how the Menu navigation is structured when in Watering mode.
